Returns & Refunds Policy

At Susan James — Breckenridge, we want you to feel comfortable and confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return your order.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Items must be:
• unused and unwashed
• in original condition
• with all labels and packaging intact

For hygiene reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be accepted.

• item(s) you wish to return
• reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, please let us know — we’re happy to help wherever possible.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
